Sound and light show
At nightfall, a «son et lumière” show will be projected on the façade of the castle, visible from the gardens. Several performances will be offered each evening.
Entertainment for children
Shows, including a conjurer, a ventriloquist and candlelight processions will enchant visitors of all ages. Concerts and songs will punctuate the programme, enhancing an atmosphere that is ideal for meeting and sharing time with friends and family
Performing arts
The castle and its inner courtyards will be the setting for a wide-ranging artistic programme. From Christmas concerts to theatre and choirs, every effort has been made to wrap you in the warm and romantic atmosphere of Christmas.
Gastronomy
Taste our gourmet specialities, seasonal and local products both sweet and sour, our craft beers, selected wines and hot drinks. A dining area will welcome you round a log fire, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere for the Christmas bar.
Aperitifs at the Château
Every Thursday and Friday evening between the 2 and 23 December, from 7pm, the Château de Rixensart invites you in for “Apéros au Château” ; a convivial moment to share with friends or simply to enjoy the decor and atmosphere of the Christmas market Rixensart Castle.
